Workflow
Free hearing / quotation
We would like to ask you what kind of video you are looking for, such as the purpose of using the video content, the customer base you want to appeal to, and the impression you want to give to the viewer. By doing so, we will propose what kind of service we can provide.
We also have a track record of producing with customers who are not familiar with video production. We will explain the production flow and points to keep in mind in an easy-to-understand manner so that customers' doubts and anxieties can be resolved, so please feel free to contact us.
* We will also give you an estimate of the total production cost, but please note that it is an estimate before planning and may differ from the actual billing amount.
* Basically, we exchange texts using e-mail and various message services. If you wish, we can talk face-to-face, but in that case you may be required to bear the actual expenses such as round-trip transportation expenses.
Planning and composition
Once the order is confirmed, we will decide what kind of video content will be created according to the specific purpose. Starting from checking the theme, story, atmosphere, length, etc., we will work on locations, tools, number of cuts, subtitles and sounds added by editing, CG effects, etc. as specifically as possible while asking for your wishes.
If you show the storyboard and reference video (you can see it on YouTube etc.) in advance, you can share the image of the finished product and the production process more smoothly, but based on the customer's story, here is the picture. There is also a service to create storyboards.
At first, it doesn't matter if it's just a memo, so let's make the image concrete through discussions with each other. By making a concrete plan here, the detailed production period and man-hours until completion will be clarified, and the overall production cost and what should be prepared by both parties by the shooting day can be understood.
* If a customer gives us specific materials such as a proposal or storyboard, we will give you a discount according to the amount of work that has been reduced.
* If the meeting period is longer than expected, an additional fee may be charged.
* Additional charges may apply if the location fee is high or if special equipment is required.
* Location hunting and on-site rehearsal witnessing (test shooting) are also possible. You will be charged an additional fee depending on the restraint time.

We will shoot according to the schedule based on the composition plan, storyboard, etc.
While having the customer check the video, we will work together to shoot so that everyone at the site can do their best. Depending on the atmosphere of the site and new ideas, we may take cuts that were not in the storyboard. At the end of the shooting, we ask the customer to check again if there are any spilled cuts.
The excitement and excitement that what you envision in your head is actually visualized is irreplaceable. Let's enjoy this creative experience together!
* The amount of data taken will be large, but if you bring a notebook PC that can read the SD card on the day of shooting, you can hand it over on the spot. Please note that data transfer will take some time. You can also send it by file transfer service at a later date.
* We do not accept retakes or refunds at a later date due to customer's convenience, such as things left behind on the day of shooting or a large delay.
edit
Editing here refers to cutting and color grading.
From the large amount of footage shot, select and paste only the necessary part so that it fits in the scale according to the composition plan, and adjust the color according to the taste you want. It also removes noise if necessary.
Our specialty is cutting at a good tempo to match the BGM, which is especially useful for music videos and Vlog. Even in color grading, we can respond to various requests, from those that make use of materials to those that change the atmosphere drastically.
No matter how good the footage is, the quality of the editing will make a big difference in the impression the finished product gives to the viewer. In this production, we will improve the quality as much as time allows while interacting with customers many times, from temporary editing immediately after shooting to fine packing work in the last 1 cut 1 frame.
* BGM and simple subtitles can be inserted here, but if complicated production such as adding SE or motion graphics is required, an additional fee will be charged as an option menu. There are abundant menus such as sound, VFX, and animation for drawing as options, so we recommend that you consider it for customers who want to make a difference in originality. At that time, please note that the production period will be extended due to optional production.
* We will accept simple meetings and corrections with less man-hours free of charge, but if major changes are required later, an additional fee may be charged.

delivery of materials
Video data transfer
As a general rule, data will be delivered as mov or mp4 files. Please use the video content after delivery in accordance with the usage and terms confirmed at the time of planning. We may also publish it as a production record here.
Video files and edited data taken here will be deleted within 3 months after delivery. We also recommend that you keep the necessary backups.
About payment
Bank transfer / Cash (shooting date)
As a general rule, you will be required to pay the estimated total production cost in advance to the designated bank account.
If requested, you can pay in cash on the day of shooting.
In the unlikely event that additional charges are incurred in processes such as editing, you will be required to pay by bank transfer when the need arises.
